With a commitment to offering accessible, top-tier HR services, Insightful HR began as a consultancy specializing in policies and procedures, manager training, and performance management documentation. By 2022, following Rhonda's completion of a John Maxwell Leadership Certificate, our services expanded to include leadership coaching, further enhanced by assembling a team of professionals from military and educational backgrounds. This expansion not only broadened our expertise but also improved our document turnaround time by an impressive 40%.
